Snow Emergency Policy: This program will only be cancelled if there is a state declared emergency by the Governor for the state of Massachusetts declared by 6:00 AM on Sunday, January 28, 2018. Please do not call the hotel. There will also be a message on the Eye-Sight 20/20 phone-line, only, in the event of such cancellation. In the event of program cancellation, under these circumstances, as described above, all registrants will receive a full tuition refund less a $45.00 Administrative Fee. Once the program commences attendees may use their own judgement on participation, however tuition paid will not be returned/refunded and/or transferred to other conferences. Please drive and arrive safely.
